Feed Engineering

FEED Engineering is the intermediate phase of a project realization. Once the Basic Design and Process Engineering are completed, the FEED is useful to start the development of detailed Engineering.

The final purpose is to better define the project, paying attention to cost item, in order for it to reflect technical specifications and to avoid any considerable change during the project carrying out.

fb.m. is able to assist the Client to develop in detail, the activities of this phase. Particularly:

• Feasibility Study;
• Basis of Design;
• Basic Engineering Endorsement;
• Process Engineering;
• Basic Design Analysis made by Licensees;
• Development of technical details;
• Mechanical Data Sheet of main equipment;
• Authorization Dossier;
• Development of civil, electric, instrumental, piping lay-out;
• Development of hazardous areas;
• Preparing of MR related to main equipment;
• Development of all activities preparatory to orders issuing;
• Requisition of Long Led Equipment, Control Systems e Bulks;
• Budget costs investment +/- 10%.
